05/1943 to 31/08/1944, No. 14 (Pilot) Advanced Flying Unit with Oxfords.
No. 144, 404, 405 and 489 Squadrons with Beaufighters of the Dallachy Strike Wing.
10/1944 to 16/06/1945, No. 489 Squadron RNZAF with Beaufighters on shipping strikes.
/1944, No. 524 Sqn with radar-equipped Wellingtons.
No. 144 and 455 Squadrons disbanded here 25/05/1945, 404 Squadron moved to Banff 03/1945.
10/1944, Royal Navy 838 Squadron with Swordfish under Coastal Command control.
24/11/1945 to /1958, became Territorial Army training centre.
