4/44 to 5/44, 371st FG P-47 Thunderbolts. /44 to 8/44, 14th Liaison Squadron with L-5 Sentinels and UC-78 Expeditors. 7/44, 392nd, 393rd, 394th FS of the 367th FG moved here from Stoney Cross flying 20 missions with P-38 Lightnings, moved to France. Airfield on Care and Maintenance 10/45, RAF remained until late 1946 when site returned to agriculture. |
