History:
11/16 to 1919, 48 Training Depot Station with 47 Reserve Squadron and on 1/12/18, 97 Sqn.
10/26, Airfield re-opened with 503 Sqn, Station rebuilt in the 1930's and was home to many RAF bomber Squadrons during WW2, it remains an RAF Station to this day.
